Switch-Pros RCR-Force® 12 150A 12-Switch Power Distribution System

When eight switches simply aren't enough, step up to the Switch-Pros RCR-Force® 12. Designed for heavily accessorized UTVs, SXSs, off-road trucks, race vehicles, Jeeps, overland vehicles, and custom builds, the RCR-Force 12 combines 12 programmable switches, 17 power outputs, and 150 amps of total capacity into one compact solid-state electrical control system.

Instead of building a complicated network of individual rocker switches, relays, fuse blocks, and wiring, the RCR-Force 12 gives you one centralized system for controlling lighting, cooling fans, fuel pumps, compressors, communications equipment, horns, pumps, ignition/start functions, and other 12-volt accessories.

With 17 available outputs, the RCR-Force 12 gives serious builds plenty of room to grow. Four outputs are rated at 35 amps, one high-inrush output is rated at 30 amps, eleven outputs are rated at 15 amps, and one 2-amp low-side output provides additional control flexibility.

Built for Serious Off-Road Electrical Systems

The RCR-Force 12 is ideal for machines running more accessories than a typical eight-circuit switch system can comfortably handle.

It's a great choice for:

  • High-output LED light bars and pods
  • Rock lights and whip lights
  • Chase and dust lights
  • Cooling fans
  • Fuel pumps
  • Air compressors
  • Intercoms and communications equipment
  • Horns
  • Pumps
  • Multi-function lighting
  • Ignition and starter control
  • Race vehicle electrical systems
  • Overland accessories
  • Custom vehicle builds
  • Future accessories you haven't added yet

For builds that continue to evolve, the additional switches and outputs can save you from having to completely redesign your electrical system later.

12 Programmable Switches + 17 Outputs

The RCR-Force 12 isn't limited to one output per switch.

Up to four output wires can be assigned to a single switch, allowing you to control multiple accessories together or create more advanced functions without using additional switch positions.

The system also supports On-On-Off programming, which is especially useful for dual-function accessories such as lights with separate backlighting and main lighting functions, low/high functions, multi-speed fans, and other accessories requiring multiple operating modes.

150-Amp Solid-State Power Module

At the heart of the system is a compact 150-amp solid-state power module designed to simplify electrical installations and eliminate the bulky relay boxes commonly found in traditional accessory wiring systems.

Output Capacity

  • 4 outputs rated at 35 amps each
  • 1 high-inrush output rated at 30 amps
  • 11 outputs rated at 15 amps each
  • 1 low-side output rated at 2 amps
  • 150 amps total system capacity
  • Adjustable output overcurrent settings

The higher-amperage circuits make the RCR-Force 12 especially well suited for accessories with demanding electrical loads and high startup current.

4-Digit PIN Security & Vehicle Start Control

One of the most unique features of the RCR-Force 12 is its ability to become part of your vehicle's ignition and starting system.

By programming switches for Battery Input and Momentary operation, the RCR-Force 12 can be configured to control the vehicle's ignition and starter functions. This makes it possible to use the Switch-Pros panel to power up and start a properly configured vehicle rather than relying solely on a conventional ignition/start switch setup.

For added security, the RCR-Force 12 features a 4-digit PIN Panel Lockout. Once the panel is locked, protected switch functions cannot be operated until the correct PIN is entered directly on the RCR-Force 12 panel or the system is unlocked through the connected Switch-Pros app.

When the RCR-Force 12 is being used to control the vehicle's ignition and starter, the PIN lockout can act as an additional security layer by preventing the vehicle from being started from the panel without authorization.

This is especially useful for:

  • UTVs and SXSs
  • Race vehicles
  • Sand cars
  • Jeeps and off-road trucks
  • Custom builds
  • Vehicles without traditional doors or ignition security
  • Builds where the RCR-Force 12 is being used as the primary electrical control system

Multiple Ways to Lock the Panel

The RCR-Force 12 panel can be locked:

  • Directly from the switch panel
  • Automatically after the ignition is turned off using a programmable time delay
  • Through the Switch-Pros app

The system can then be unlocked by:

  • Entering the programmed 4-digit PIN directly on the panel
  • Connecting through the Switch-Pros app and unlocking the panel

The 4-digit PIN is configured through the Switch-Pros app.

Keep Selected Accessories Available While Locked

The RCR-Force 12 also gives you control over which Battery-programmed accessories remain operational while the main panel is locked.

For example, a vehicle using the RCR-Force 12 for ignition and starting can keep the ignition/start functions locked behind the PIN while still allowing something such as rock lights or another selected battery-powered accessory to operate.

This gives you security where you want it without necessarily disabling every electrical accessory on the vehicle.

Safety Lockout for Specific Switches

The Safety Lockout feature is separate from the 4-digit Panel Lockout.

Safety Lockout allows one switch to act as an interlock for another function. The designated lockout switch must be turned on before the dependent switch can operate.

For example, you could configure the system so an air locker switch cannot be activated unless the air compressor is already turned on.

This gives you another layer of control when operating accessories that depend on another system or should only be activated under specific conditions.

Bluetooth Programming & Control

Built-in Bluetooth connectivity lets you program and operate the RCR-Force 12 using the free Switch-Pros app on a compatible phone or tablet.

From the app you can customize your system, configure programmable functions, set your Panel Lockout PIN, operate accessories, and view battery voltage without having to completely rewire your vehicle every time your setup changes.

Advanced Programmable Functions

The RCR-Force 12 offers extensive programming options, including:

  • On/Off or momentary operation
  • Flash and strobe functions
  • User-selectable strobe patterns
  • Adjustable dimming with memory
  • Master Mode
  • On-On-Off logic
  • 4-digit PIN Panel Lockout

  • Safety Lockout for specific switches
  • Automatic power-up
  • Ignition or battery-powered operation
  • Time-delay shutoff
  • Low-voltage disconnect
  • Sleep mode
  • External trigger inputs

Three external trigger inputs can each activate up to four outputs and can be configured for active-high or active-low operation.

Master Mode

Master Mode allows one switch to control multiple other functions at the same time, giving you the ability to power several accessories on or off with a single press.

This can be extremely useful on race vehicles, UTVs, and custom builds where multiple electrical systems need to be activated together.

RCR-Touch® Cover

The included RCR-Touch® cover snaps over the switch panel and provides tactile separation between individual switches.

This makes it easier to locate and operate the correct switch while wearing gloves or driving through rough terrain without having to take your attention away from the trail.

RGB Backlighting

Customize the appearance of the panel with RGB backlighting, orange switch-status indicators, and six programmable LED status indicators.

The system also includes 125 user-selectable switch legends, allowing you to clearly label the controls based on the accessories installed on your vehicle.

Built for Harsh Environments

Both the switch panel and power module carry an IP67 waterproof rating, making the RCR-Force 12 well suited for demanding off-road environments where water, mud, dust, vibration, and extreme temperatures are part of the job.
